Our mission being to provide safe, effective, compassionate, and responsive care that improves the health and wellbeing of our patients. Our aim is to deliver accessible services that meet the needs of the community, particularly those who may experience barriers to accessing healthcare.
We have a specialist interest in hard to reach individuals who have difficulty in accessing appropriate health care and strive to improve the quality of life for Rotherham’s most vulnerable individuals/groups.
As a primary care provider committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred healthcare services to our local population, we aim to promote health, prevent illness, and provide effective treatment to all patients registered with us.
